Soriano: Eh kasi alam ko `yung unang konstitusyon was formulated in Barasoain church in 1937.

According to him, the first constitution was formulated in Brasoain church in 1937. Now, let us check if it is true according to the recorded history of our country.

From the book of Gregorio Zaide entitled, "Philippine Political and Cultural History Vol. 1 & II on page 200, we'll find this:

The Malolos Congress.The Revolutionary Congress, or Malolos Congress as it was popularly called, met in inaugural session at Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan, on September 15, 1898.

Wait! Brother Eli Soriano missed it. It was not formulated on 1937 but on September 15, 1898.
